Your data centre. Planned, built, operated and exited
The full data-centre lifecycle is covered, from assessment and physical build through to IT integration, managed operations and eventual exit. Hardware is supplied separately; every other workstream is owned and delivered end to end.
Lifecycle stage · Build
Data-centre projects fail at the boundaries between teams
The civil build finishes before the IT hardware arrives. The integration team inherits an environment they did not design. Managed operations are handed to a different vendor after commissioning. And when the facility eventually exits, nobody planned for data destruction, asset recovery or environmental closure.
One programme. Every workstream named, owned and connected
The full data-centre scope is coordinated, physical build, IT integration, migration, managed operations and future exit, as one programme with one point of accountability. Hardware is supplied by DEV IT. Recovery and exit are managed by Deshwal Waste Management, a group company. Every boundary is explicit before the project starts.
The full data-centre lifecycle
Assessment & Planning
Current environment review, capacity planning, facility scoping and programme design, before any commitment is made.
Physical Data-Centre Build
Civil and interior works, electrical distribution, UPS and PDU, precision cooling, racks and structured cabling, fire protection, physical access control and environmental monitoring, designed and commissioned end to end.
IT Infrastructure Integration
Servers, storage, backup appliances, networking and security hardware installed, configured and integrated into the physical environment.
Details
Hardware supplied by DEV IT.
Migration & Commissioning
Data and workload migration, testing against acceptance criteria, cutover planning and commissioning, with full handover documentation at completion.
Managed Operations
Ongoing management of the data-centre environment after commissioning, monitoring, preventive maintenance, incident management, service desk, field support and SLA reporting.
Data-Centre Exit
When the facility reaches end of life, de-installation, secure data destruction, asset recovery, recycling and environmental closure documentation.
Details
Managed by Deshwal Waste Management, a group company.
Who it is for
Enterprises building new on-premise capacity
New facility planned, built and commissioned as one coordinated programme.
Organisations consolidating data centres
Migration from multiple facilities into one, with decommissioning of the exited environments.
GCCs establishing India infrastructure
Full data-centre capability set up correctly from day one, with managed operations from go-live.
Enterprises planning a future exit
Decommissioning planned and executed with certified data destruction and environmental closure.
How your programme runs
