Devices staged, imaged and tested in a controlled lab
Dedicated provisioning labs are available where devices are staged, imaged, tested and kitted before deployment, so what arrives on-site is finished, verified and ready to hand over.
What this means for your organisation
On-site configuration means every device is set up under different conditions, at different speeds, with different chances of something being missed. A dedicated provisioning lab removes that variability, devices move through the same staged process, checked against the same standard, before they ever leave for deployment.
What’s included
Staging
Devices received, unpacked, and organised by rollout batch or destination before any configuration begins.
Asset Tagging
Physical and system-level asset tags applied and logged against each device's asset record, opened at intake if one does not already exist, so tracking starts before the device leaves the lab.
Imaging
Standardised OS and software images applied consistently across the batch, from the same verified baseline every time.
OS Loading
Operating system installation and initial configuration, applied as part of the controlled imaging process.
Windows Configuration
Windows settings, policies, and system configuration applied to your image standard before devices are packaged for delivery.
Office Installation
Office or Microsoft 365 installation and activation, completed as part of the standard image rather than a per-device afterthought.
Driver / Firmware Installation
Device-specific drivers and firmware updates applied and verified, reducing post-deployment support calls caused by outdated or missing drivers.
Testing
Functional testing of hardware and software before a device is cleared for deployment, catching faults in the lab, not after a user is already relying on the machine.
Kitting
Devices packaged with accessories, documentation, and any accompanying peripherals, ready for direct delivery to end users or sites.
Relevant OEMs & technology vendors
Technology options can be aligned to the requirements of your environment across leading OEMs and technology vendors.
